Il nuovo progetto discografico è stato anticipato dal singolo Overcome, che non ha riscosso un grandissimo successo, rispetto alle vecchie hits del gruppo ma le cose sembrano esser cambiate con l’arrivo di “Rain”, una dolce ballata rock molto orecchiabile….

I sono la band rock di maggior successo dell’ultimo ventennio! I loro primi 3 album sono stati stra venduti e i loro concerti sono stati sempre Overcomecoversold out, ma a un certo punto qualcosa non ha più funzionato e cosi nel 2004 dopo il GreatHits, la band si è sciolta! Dando vita alla carriera solista di Scott Stapp e alla formazione di una nuova band dal nome Alter Bridge, di cui ne facevano parte i restanti membri dei gli Ex Creed! Adesso a distanza di 8 anni da Weathered, la band ha deciso di tornare insieme e riprovarci con un nuovo lavoro che uscirà il 29 ottobre! Un album molto atteso dai fans, che da tempo desideravano queste reunion del gruppo! Il primo singolo, che anticipà il tutto, si chiama Overcome,  una energica canzone rock,!
