L’anno fantastico di Mika non è finito, dopo ben 4 singoli di grande successo ecco che arriva anche il 5°singolo( speriamo che sia l’ultimo :d ) dal pluripremiato album di debutto “Life Is a Cartoon Motion”. Si tratta della spensierata Big Girl (you are Beautiful), che è un inno per tutte quelle ragazze “un pò in carne”.

Diciamo che rispetto ai pezzi precedenti questo è leggermente inferiore ma allo stesso tempo molto orecchiabile e facilmente apprezzabile dopo vari ascolti.Il video è realizzato seguendo il titolo e la filosofia della canzone: largo alle “fat women”, che Mika invita a ballare in mezzo alla strada senza troppo curarsi dell’aspetto fisico. Inoltre esiste anche una versione dove vi sono riprese delle scene dea telefilm “ugly Betty”,dove questa canzone è stata scelta come colonna sonora.
