Stepping Stone è il 4° singolo estratto da Rockerferry,l’album rivelazione dell’artista gallese “Duffy”, che fino ad oggi ha venduto più di 3 milioni di copie in tutto il mond0 di cui soltanto uno nel Regno Unito. Tutti noi 
la conosciamo per la sua hit Mercy e qualcun’altro anche per ” Warwick Avenue” ma il disco di Duffy merità un ascolto perchè contiene delle bellissime traccie che mescolano al meglio il sound “neo soul con il blues anni 60/70 come ” Stepping Stone”, una traccia dalle atmosfere cupe e malinconiche! Al momento il brano è stato lanciato come singolo soltanto per il mercato inglese e non si sa se verrà rilasciato come singolo anche per il resto delll’europa, tuttavia la vedo difficile che una canzone come questa possa avere un successo radiofonico, specialmente in italia… Passiamo a parlare del video, dove la bella Duffy si mostra in tutta la sua sensualità e dove sfoggia un look alla Brigitte Bardot, devo dire che sta molto bene cosi!!!!
