Dopo il discreto successo ottenuto con Misery, i Maroon 5 tornano con il nuovo singolo “Give a Little More”, che anticipa l’uscita di Hands All Over, il terzo studio album della band americana.

Sarà molto difficile, per Adam e soci, ri ottenere secondo me il successo, avuto con i precedenti album, i brani finora pubblicati non mi hanno convinto al 100% e non credo che l’intero album seguirà un filone diversi dai singoli….

Maroon 5: Il Nuovo album sarà più Rock e uscirà nel 2010

Sembra che questa volta non dovremo aspettare di nuovo cinque anni prima di ri sentire, qualcosa di nuovo proveniente dai Maroon 5. Infatti qualcosa bolle in pentola, il chitarrista James Valentine ha riferito a fonti britanniche che sull’album, in arrivo nel corso del prossimo anno, ci saranno probabilmente due pezzi intitolati “Don’t know much about that” ed “How”. Ha anticipato, inoltre, che dopo la sbandata anni ’80 del precedente album, i nuovi pezzi riporteranno il suono della band verso sfumature più rock e soul.
Mutt Lange, 60 anni, ex marito di Shania Twain, risiede in Svizzera e non concede interviste. Il superproduttore ha lavorato alcuni degli album più venduti nella storia del rock, da “Highway to hell” e “Back in black” degli AC/DC ad “Hysteria” dei Def Leppard(il disco dei Leps è sui 20 milioni di copie) passando per “Come on over” dell’ex moglie.

Confermato da poco Won’t Go Home Without You è il terzo singolo estratto dall’album “It Won’t Be Soon Before Long” dei Maroon 5. Un album che ha confermato il successo della band proveniente da Los Angeles, i singoli “makes me wonder” e “Wake Up call” sono stati dei successi mondiali lo sarà anche questa canzone? secondo me ha tutti i pressuposti per esserlo assomiglia molto “She will be loved” anche se ha dei suoni più rock.

Anche nel video la storia è un pò simile al vecchio successo dei Marron 5 ma devo dire che la band non delude mai e riesce sempre dare un senso a tutti i video clip che fa….vi lascio al video…..

Nuovo singolo anche per i Maroon 5 dopo lo strepitoso successo di “Makes Me Wonder” è tempo di Wake up Call. La canzone fa parte dell’album “It Won’t Be Soon Before Long” che in solo 4 mesi ha già venduto oltre 3 milioni di copie in tutto il mondo.Il video secondo me è copiato cioè sembra un collage di tanti video già visti. Ad esempio quando la band suona sotto il ponte con l’acqua ai piedi quella scena è indentica a quella del video dei “The Calling” in “Wherever You Will Go”.Tralasciando tutto questo alla fine il video è ben fatto ed è migliore di altri video in circolazione in questo periodo anche la canzone è molto piacevole….vi lascio al video….
