A distanza di 5 anni dal deludente “St. Anger”, c’è molta attesa per il nuovo lavoro dei Metallica una delle band rock più importanti del nostro secolo. Il nuovo album uscirà il 12 settembre e si chiamerà “Death Magnetic” e conterrà ben 10 nuove traccie, la curiosità per questo nuovo progetto è molta! E sono tantissimi i fans che si chiedono se il gruppo riuscirà a superare i limiti degli ultimi album oppure se dobbiamo dire addio a uno dei più grandi gruppi della musica di sempre? Intano i Metallica hanno lanciato il loro primo singolo dal titolo “The Day That Never Comes” un brano che riassume in modo abbastanza soddisfacente la nuova strada intrapresa dal gruppo, anche se all’inizio il pezzo potra sembrare leggermente sottotono soltanto intorno al quarto minuto si assiste al vero sound dei Metallica. Riassumendo il primo singolo non è male è da le basi per un possibile buon lavoro…Vi lascio alla visione del video…
