Piccole sorelle crescono! E’ proprio il caso di Solange Knowles, che dopo tanti anni vissuti nell’anonimato della sorella maggiore Beyoncé, adesso ha deciso di lanciarsi nel mondo della musica. In realtà non è proprio un debutto perchè già nel 2003 la bella Solange aveva pubblicato un primo album dal titolo “Solo Star”, ma le cose non andarono benissimo e visto la giovane età ( 17 anni all’epoca) decise di prendersi un bel pò di tempo e di dedicarsi ad altro. Ma Torniamo ai giorni nostri e al nuovo singolo di Solange che si chiama “I Decided” e anticipà il secondo studio album dal lunghissimo titolo “Sol-Angel and the Hadley St. Dreams”, un album che a quanto pare riprenderà le sonorità del passato con un mix di musica pop moderna. Già il primo singolo ha un sound molto retrò, che conta del campionamento “Where Did Our Love Go” delle The Supremes. Devo dire  che il pezzo è veramente molto gradevole e mi è piaciuto fin dai primi ascolti, rimango stupito dalla somiglianza di Solange con sorella e non soltanto a livello visivo ma anche vocale. Di questo pezzo esistono ben due versioni, una di queste è remixata dal duo Freemasons ( che è poi la versione che girà in europa). Il video della canzone è molto bello, originale e colorato molto brava la regista Melina, che ultimamente sta realizzando videoclip molto belli…vi lascio alla visione…
