Let it Die è il 4° singolo estratto da Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace il sesto album della rock band americana “Foo Fighters”, album che ha ricevuto quest’anno l’ambito premio della musica ,il “Grammy ” come “Best Rock Album”.La canzone inzialmente doveva uscire come terzo singolo ma poi l’idea fu accantonata, successivamente grazie alle radio americane che hanno inziato a trasmettere il brano in poco tempo Let It Die ha raggiunto la posizione numero 20 della Modern Rock Tracks convicendo cosi definitivamente la band a pubblicarla come quarto singolo. Il brano è nel tipico stile del gruppo e in alcuni pezzi ricorda vagamente il primo singolo “The Pretender”, devo dire che si lascia ascoltare piacevolmente…Al momento per quanto rigurda il videoclip non è uscito niente ma la pubblicazione è prevista a breve secondo alcuni voci il video sara diretto da Martin Fougerole e altenerà varie scene dei concerti dei Foo Fighters avvenuti tra l’australia e l’europa….appena sarà disponibile…ve lo posterò…intanto vi lascio a una esbizione live di Dave Grohl e soci…..
